Quarterly Literacy Camps provide unschooled children and teens an opportunity to work on their reading, writing and comprehension skills.

Camps provide a daily nutritious lunch and teach the importance of personal hygiene.

Literacy rates among adults in South East Asia often are below 10%. And, fewer than half of all children are enrolled in school.

Our week-long Literacy Camp targets these marginalized children who otherwise would be begging in the streets of a nearby city.

Camps  include activities such as computer literacy training, math, science and creative arts activities.

As funding becomes available, children who attend these camps are eligible to become a part of the Child Sponsorship Program to attend a local elementary school.
